Before Photoshop Retouch
We recently added a great article on the history of Tornadoes and Hurricanes and how Adobe Photoshop helped bring some old Photos from the late 1800’s back to life.
We have included in this article some excellent Photoshop Tutorials that may assist in creating and designing some great weather effects. We decided to put this article together due to the fact that we have just entered into the Tornado and Hurricane season.

I really enjoyed your old photos and now I see that I can touch up my old photos. I was able to see in your articles that dangerous Tornadoes have been around for years. Now I can start scanning my old photos and start using Photoshop to improved them. I though that they would need to be professionally done to get an image so that I could post them to my web site. Thanks for a great article.
